errore sui allegati

Buonasera
ogni volta che inserisco un allegato a un documento mi compare la seguente errore
System.ArgumentException: Parametro non valido.

siamo riusciti ad allegare il ddt che ci hai inviato, quindi penso che l'errore sia dovuto a qualche impostazione del tuo computer.

1- hai provato a reinstallare il programma?

2- hai modo di installarlo su un altro computer per vedere se funziona?
