rallentamento

Buongiorno,

nonostante la connessione sia stabile ho notato un forte rallentamento, inoltre a volte il programma non risponde e sono costretto a riavviare. Per il momento non appare nessun segnale di errore.

Mi aiutate a capire come risolvere perchè così è impossibile utilizzarlo agevolmente. Grazie.

Salve,

non essendoci stati aggiornamenti di AziendaSoft, mi viene da pensare che qualche altra causa stia rallentando o bloccando la rete interna: hai installato qualche nuovo antivirus ultimamente? Hai cambiato qualche impostazione sul server? Hai cambiato router?

Non ho modificato niente

L'errore dice che il server non sta rispondendo, di fatto il client sta inviando la richiesta corretta, ma il server non risponde entro 30 secondi e va in timeout. Hai provato a riavviare il server?
